Anchor Management Consulting consists of senior consultants with more than 20 years experience from diverse roles in the workplace. Our employees are successful in their careers and has decided to take the next step together to build our business. Our consultants have extensive experience in management of outsourcing processes.
The key to a successful outsourcing of an IT environment is "Law and Order" in the process. This often includes ITIL and always requires a deep expertise in IT Governance.
Our focus in SAP is to develop global solutions that lead to operational improvements rather than just replacing IT systems and functions.
Governance, Risk & Compliance - GRC - is about governance and efficient compliance with internal and external regulations. Our consultants have extensive experience with COBIT and in establishing the rules applicable in various industries.
Roles
In the chart here at hand, we see that our staff are concentrated in roles as Project Manager, Business Architect and Management Consultant. We also have extensive experience in roles such as Program Manager, Technical Project Manager and IT Architect. Altogether we have over 100 man-years experience of working in these roles.Industry segments
