  • Create prerequisites for securing global solutions regarding organisation, roles and responsibilities both for the IT and Business organization
  • Holistic view regarding an SAP solution in respect of demands, template, master data (organisation) and release management

Our methodology

Hence, these offers are within process and operational excellence in the area between business demands and SAP's possibilities. We run the project on the business side of the organization in respect of their operative demands until realization of improvements. This includes:

  • Problem analysis
  • Development of wanted position
  • Development of model (high level solution)
  • Development of a prototype
  • Program initiation
  • SAP implementation (Training, Pilot and Roll out)
  • Evaluate the solution and realization of the changed process
  • Initiate a method for continuous improvements
  • Project management
It is necessary start off a project by understanding the drives and reasons behind an enhancement of a process. The work is then based on an iterative approach, where we help the client understand the possibilities but also the restrictions that might be in the SAP solution. Our point of view is that not to start up an IT-project too early. First you need a visualization and understanding from the business side in order to have qualified demands towards the IT project.

The IT development and the implementation can then be performed by an outsourcing IT partner. If the client has not chosen an IT partner, we will manage the IT implementation by a partner to us, the client's internal personnel or a preferred IT partner. If the prototype is on a very detailed level the IT project can be off shored directly.

After the technical implementation and roll out of the IT-application, we support the organization by implement a methodology that will manage continuous improvements and operative demands towards the organization, the processes and the SAP solution.
