Det finns en tro att om man bara iscens\u00e4tter m\u00e5nga initiativ, s\u00e5 kommer effekterna att komma. Detta \u00e4r dock bara en villfarelse. I sj\u00e4lva verket resulterar det stora antalet projekt i splittring av s\u00e5v\u00e4l individer som organisationen i stort. I sin iver att uppfylla st\u00e4llda f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar, f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker den enskilde medarbetaren efter b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att leverera till alla uppdragsgivare och s\u00e4ger aldrig nej till n\u00e5gon. Leveranserna sker, men kvaliteten \u00e4r inte alltid den allra b\u00e4sta. Men man har gjort det man kunnat, givet f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt fokuserar delar av organisationen p\u00e5 f\u00f6r dem viktiga projekt, ofta p\u00e5 bekostnad av andra projekt, medan andra delar av organisationen prioriterar de projekt som andra f\u00f6rsakar. Resultatet blir att f\u00e5, om n\u00e5gra projekt, blir ordentligt genomf\u00f6rda rakt igenom. Ledningen st\u00e5r undrande varf\u00f6r de f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade effekterna uteblir.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt min erfarenhet ligger nyckeln paradoxalt nog i att iscens\u00e4tta f\u00e4rre projekt! Detta f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt f\u00e5 hela organisationen att tillsammans fokusera p\u00e5 de viktigaste \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att dessa genomf\u00f6rs s\u00e5 hundraprocentigt som m\u00f6jligt genom hela organisationen. Detta fokus skapar \u201driktad spr\u00e4ngverkan\u201d som resulterar i s\u00e5v\u00e4l b\u00e4ttre resultat som b\u00e4ttre upplevd arbetsmilj\u00f6. Vilken metod som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att selektera de viktigaste aktiviteterna \u00e4r inte vital. Effekten f\u00e5r du genom att st\u00f6dja organisationen och medarbetarna i att v\u00e4lja bort de aktiviteter och projekt som \u00e4r mindre viktiga f\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet.
