This work is grossly overestimated! Instead, focus on the suppliers that are over-represented in your industry and for the size of your company. All the information to make that selection is available online. The sample need not include more than three suppliers.    <\/p>\n<p>Instead, conduct many reference visits to companies where the solution is in place. Was their implementation as expected? Are the processes in the system now connected end to end? What was the total cost including the consultants involved? Most ERP systems today are reasonably well integrated internally between different parts of the software. However, far more important is how the ERP system can be integrated with other systems, especially systems that are vital to support the company&#8217;s business and especially the customer-facing applications. Your business will change over time and quite rapidly. Therefore, it is crucial to evaluate how well the ERP system will meet tomorrow&#8217;s customer requirements towards the company.   <\/p>\n<p>In a perspective where the ERP system should support how the company can develop its offer to its customers, the license cost is almost insignificant. The biggest &#8220;cost&#8221; lies in lost revenue and high costs when changing the ERP system.
