How do you explain to twenty 19-year-olds that Anchor and Täby Flyers, one of Sweden's best U-19 teams in American football, are actually working on the same things?

This is how I explained it to Täby Flyers:

1. Results
   You want to win games. We want to make a difference for our customers. None of us are sitting idle.
2. Work in a Team
   You have different positions in the team and are good at different things, but you need each other. Just like with us.
3. Break down the work into several steps & focus
   You should move step by step on the pitch to finally score. Everyone must contribute and do their utmost. In our projects, we must divide the stages of change according to an organization's capabilities.

It worked.
