What struck me most was the breadth and experience of my colleagues and the model of delivering commitments rather than hours. I also perceived a culture that suits me, such as unpretentiousness, team spirit and continuous learning.
The fact that we work as a team even when we are on different assignments, I learn all the time! In addition, the customer gets a much greater value as we are many professions that complement each other. We also have a lot of fun together!
It's actually an assignment here at Anchor. We had the task of lifting the entire customer to a stock exchange ready company, with IT, processes and compliance. It was really "hands on" and challenging with many different cultures and also geographically spread throughout Europe.
Difficult question but I have received feedback in the past that I have a pragmatic way of solving challenges combined with holistic view. Also that I'm not afraid to take ownership of the operational side of managing corporate culture in challenging change. I really enjoy working with global companies!
My wife and I have a sailboat project, eventually we intend to go on a longer trip we hope!
