We asked five quick questions to Stina Berggren, who co-founded Anchor Management Consulting Malmö a few years ago:

Why did you choose to work at Anchor Management Consulting?

After many years as a manager and leader, I felt that I wanted to be directly involved in creating results for clients. Anchor Management Consulting gave me that opportunity.

What is the best thing about working at Anchor Management Consulting?

The best thing about working at Anchor Management Consulting is that we really make a difference for our clients, and we do it together. We often work in teams at the client's site, which allows us to drive change from several fronts at the same time. And we have a lot of fun together!

What is your dream project?

My dream project is when I get to use all my skills, both breadth and depth. Being able to be both strategic and operational, and working with all different types of people at our customers in change, is a challenge I really like. I also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely when needed. As our clients often have offices in several countries, this works well.

What are you most proud of?

I am proud that I have always had interesting and fun jobs throughout my career, and that I have managed to balance this with family life and health. Working as a consultant has been a perfect solution for me. The time commitment is clearly agreed upon, and it has worked well not to work full-time when I didn't want to.

Which season do you like best?

Summer has always been my favorite, but I have now realized that I like spring best. Spring is the best because I know I have the whole summer ahead of me. When we lived in Stockholm, spring was barely noticeable, but after the years in London and Skåne, I have really had the opportunity to enjoy spring.
