Today we meet Sven-Erik, who has been with Anchor for quite a while:

Sven-Erik, why did you choose to work at Anchor Management Consulting?

The main reason I started here was that I wanted to leave my somewhat sedimented role as an application consultant in ERP where my development stagnated. I wanted to continue to develop, I have been allowed to do so and I have not regretted it for a day since, that's more than 14 years ago!

What is it like to work at Anchor Management Consulting?

It is fantastic! We have fun and challenging assignments, and great colleagues and clients. We always try to work together as a team with the client to achieve the best possible result. Yes, it has been and is very stimulating for me.

What are you most proud of?

Hmmm... difficult question, because there are so many! If I have to choose, it's every time I see that a client is happy with a successful result that I have contributed to!

Most enjoyable assignment you have had and why?

It's usually the most recent assignment, perhaps because it's fresh in my mind. Thinking further back, it was very fun the first time I was involved in implementing a cloud-based business system. The reason for that was that I got to be involved in the entire company's journey from preparation before to improvements after the implementation and everything in between.

And finally... Skiing or sailing?

Skiing or anything that runs on snow. But sailing has had a tailwind in recent years!
