We gave 5 quick questions to Marielle, who has been with us since September.

Why did you choose to start working at Anchor Management Consulting?

Several reasons! After several years in leadership roles in the business world, I thought Anchor had a fantastic attitude towards what a consultant should be. One that I would like to have hired myself. The breadth of knowledge combined with a holistic view and an ability to really work strategically but also operationally and deliver a result. I was also drawn to the breadth of knowledge and thus the varied assignments together with fantastic fun customers.

How was it to start with us?

Very good. It felt easy. You quickly become one of the team. It is really freedom under responsibility, so you have to like that, but you never feel alone.

What is your best talent?

Oh – that’s difficult! I think as a consultant it is my breadth and accumulated experience but also that I can quickly move between strategy and the operational. It is easy for me to see how things are connected.

What is your dream project and why?

There are many, I think, but I love complexity and driving change to results. All projects with these components are very interesting and fun, then I burn a little extra for sustainability and market issues.

Both! But most important is who you share it with!
