Peter, why did you choose to work at Anchor Management Consulting?

It's been 12 years since I joined Anchor, and I haven't regretted it once. Anchor is made up of a fantastically competent and professional team that together can make huge moves with our customers. We have the privilege of gaining great trust with our customers and helping them with their development journeys. Really super fun and challenging!

What is the best thing about working at Anchor?

To be challenged together with my fantastic colleagues in tough change projects and make the change happen. The breadth of what we do and can do, and that you learn something new every day. And we have fun together!

Most enjoyable assignment you have had and why?

I am passionate about the Life-Science industry and there I have had the privilege of doing many exciting projects and interim roles. I love working internationally and developing businesses, being the bridge to how IT can make a difference for the company's development. Being able to take an interim CIO role in a management team during a major transformation suits me perfectly, where I can really make a difference. Something that I have had the opportunity to do many times.

What do customers appreciate about you?

I go wholeheartedly into my clients' businesses with a positive energy to help them. I hope that my long and broad experience and drive to make change happen can be part of what they appreciate. Love to work with people and to get a good and positive change climate.

And what do you like to do when you are not working?

Spending time with my family and doing something fun with them. Likes to cook and good wines. I am an old martial artist that I want to pick up again. Right now I am doing several renovation projects at home, both in the house and in the summer cottage.
